On May 4-5, on the eve of the Defender of the Fatherland Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the 72nd anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the branch of the RSE on the REM "National Center of Expertise" in Almaty held a corporate sports event. In order to patriotically educate young employees and promote a healthy lifestyle, the branch organized a number of sports competitions, in which representatives of the branch laboratory took part, who were grouped by age (20-30 years old, 30-40 years old) and gender (men, women) for establishment of certain physical loads. As part of the event, a table tennis, chess and checkers championship, a corporate festival and a marathon were held. The winners were awarded medals and cash prizes, and the laboratory with the most winners won the team cup. The jury was made by the heads of the branch, who closely watched the course of the competition and were very pleased with the active involvement of employees in the event. Sanat Saptaev, director of the Almaty branch of the RSE on REM "National Center of Expertise" in Almaty, noted that the idea for holding a sporting event was the recently held Almaty Marathon 2017, thanks to which many companies and organizations decided to hold a marathon for their employees, promoting common goals and involving them in public life, using the opportunity to contribute to socially significant projects.

RSE on REM "National Center of Expertise", being a part of the Committee for Public Health Protection of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, carries out activities in the field of ensuring the sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population. The main mission of the branch of the Republican State Enterprise on the REM "National Center of Expertise" in Almaty is to ensure the sustainable development of the level of laboratory diagnostic tests for the well-being of the population and its safety. Following the basic principles of work, we consider it our duty to raise public health issues, as a result of which we hold special events for citizens in order to inform and provide the necessary services for the timely prevention of diseases and problems. For the effective and useful development of the branch, it is very important to form a healthy corporate culture, so we implement social responsibility to our employees by arranging various cultural, sports and physical education events,” Zh. Sandykbaev said.

Now there is a process of rapid growth and development of corporate culture in all areas of activity, which cannot be overlooked. Corporate sports events in organizations are a powerful tool of motivation. Participation in sports events energizes employees, helps to unite the team, which has a positive effect in the future when solving corporate problems. The branch, keeping up with the times, strengthens its corporate culture, innovates in the personnel management process and uses modern methods and technologies for its dynamic development. Thus, the sports event held in honor of the Victory Day for the employees of the branch proves the involvement of the management in the process of forming a favorable corporate culture, as well as the desire of employees to be part of the common cause.
