The action, the purpose of which is the prevention of food poisoning, infectious diseases and awareness-raising among the population, was organized on the Asbol market and in Ait-Beck Trading House. During the action, the express method conducted studies on the content of the residual amount of nitrates (in vegetables, fruits, root crops), determination of the total microbial number and quality of heat treatment. The results of laboratory tests will be known in a week.
